Returns, exchanges, and refunds

We accept returns of defective and non-defective goods and also accept exchanges. A request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods are also eligible for review.

Only new, unused items in their original condition qualify. Original packaging, tags, and included accessories must remain with the item. Returns are made by mail. A prepaid return label is included in the package and is free, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item back without authorization.

Send the order number, checkout email, and explanation with the request. For damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect goods, include clear photos or video of the product and packaging. Exchanges depend on current stock. Once a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method within 10 days; the financial provider may need additional time to post it.
