Shipping scope and timing

We ship eligible orders only to destinations offered at checkout. Normal handling takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier, weather, customs, peak-volume, or destination conditions may cause delays.

Free-shipping eligibility and every shipping charge are determined at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate recipient name, delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking is sent when available. For a delay, loss, damaged parcel, or an order marked delivered but not received, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue.

Some products or destinations may have delivery restrictions. We may ask for photographs of damaged packaging and contents so a carrier review can proceed.
